Your mission will be…
Driving Budget Planning and Forecasting activities for assigned GBS Business Lines (BL) / Service Lines (SL), in close alignment with respective BL/SL heads.Managing the financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Free Cash Flow) of your assigned area to ensure transparency and support decision-making.Conducting continuous analysis and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights on deviations, identifying root causes, and monitoring remediation plans.Overseeing cost controlling and productivity controlling efforts.Performing price and cost calculations for products/services based on aligned cost calculation methods and pricing strategies.Supporting business decisions by delivering financial analysis and transparency, while driving the implementation of management strategies with regard to commercial aspects.Ensuring efficient business administration processes, including postings, invoicing, order processing, and contract management, while ensuring compliance with IFRS15, RIC, and transfer pricing regulations.Handling ad-hoc queries and actively participating in projects as required.Proactively identifying opportunities to optimize commercial processes and value flows through standardization, automation, and digitalization to enhance efficiency and quality.We are looking for someone with…
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 3-5 years of professional experience in Controlling, with a preference for experience in Shared Services (GBS/SSC) environments. Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory. Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong SAP knowledge. Experience with VBA and data visualization tools is a plus. Excellent analytical and financial skills, with strong oral and written communication abilities. A team player with a service-oriented mindset, adaptable to different situations and people, with strong conflict management skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain a strategic perspective while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
