VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a junior/mid-level Business Financial Management Analyst to support our NAVSEA customer in Washington, D.C. This is a hybrid position reporting onsite up to 3-5 days a week.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the input, monitoring, validation, tracking and reporting of financial document progress through various Navy financial management systems including Enterprise Resource Planning (Navy ERP) and NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS) Maintain program planning and execution spreadsheets to include PR status from creation to acceptance and monitoring funding levels for active appropriations Provide support in development of financial related documents that clearly delineate all program contract/contractor, field activity related tasking, deliverable items, and schedules Support Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution (PPBE) process, to plan future execution of funding through NEPS, Program Budget Information System (PBIS) and Computer Optimized Batch Reconciliation Application (COBRA) Develop briefs, monthly financial status reports, and correspondence including POM (Program Objective Memorandum) briefs, and slideshows for senior leadership Track program funding performance against financial database recordsBasic Qualifications:
2+ years of financial management experience supporting a DoD acquisition program office Bachelor’s Degree Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills, including with preparing and delivering briefings and reports to senior government executives Active DoD Secret Security ClearanceDesired Qualifications:
Master's Degree Experience supporting a Navy Systems Command Program Office, including NAVWAR, NAVSEA, or NAVAIR Experience with DoD or Navy contracting procedures and regulations Aptitude with MS Excel Experience with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) Experience with NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS) Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Program Management certification or trainingSalary Range: $65,000 - 95,000 annually
