About the Role

To develop Corporate Solutions (CS) business & financial reporting system towards effective monitoring and achievement of business set targets, while at the same time ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

The position is responsible for all aspects of supporting the business’s management reporting to internal collaborators on the followings:ANP and VONB reporting - to provide accurate and timely periodic reporting to all business channels together by improving the reporting within the division and maintaining a comprehensive report for respective business channel to help them to make business decision. Analyse the trending of sales with key performance indicators. IVS reporting – to provides IVS analytics report such as MAPA, IVS by channel, group IVS reporting and other IVS related campaign reports.Assist in monitoring of portfolio persistency by channel and keep track and forecast persistency performance by channel to ensure overall division’s target is on-track. Support agency channel to drive its business by preparing progressive monthly contest report and submitting agency production report to PIAM for agent’s license maintenance purposes.Assess opportunities for enhancement/automation in the preparation of day-to-day reports/data and driving its realization for work efficiency. Perform UAT if required.Accuracy and timeliness of preparation of reporting on ANP, VONB and IVS to management.Reporting timelines are met for Byline reporting to internal management and key financial analysis for MDR and submission of reports to GCS.Meeting the agreed TAT on delivery of various management reports’ analysis to internal collaborators.Proactiveness to lean the existing way of working and challenging status quo for process improvement.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Degree in Finance or AccountancyMinimum 6 years of working experience in related industrySelf-motivated, committed and possesses initiativeness and drive in job.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment as well as the flexibility to work hours needed to meet deadlines, when necessary.High proficiency in using spreadsheets, MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint.Independent and strong teammate with good interpersonal skills.Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
