Job Title: Business Function Implement Practitioner Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite) Job Description: O9 IBP (Integrated Business Planning) Position Overview We are seeking skilled o9 Functional Consultants in the US and LA to support client engagements across industries. As part of our delivery team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and designing o9 solutions tailored to specific functional areas such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, or Control Tower. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical execution-enabling successful deployment and adoption of o9s digital planning platform. Key Responsibilities • Analyze client business processes and workflows to identify solution needs within the o9 platform. • Gather, document, and validate functional requirements in collaboration with business and technical teams. • Design solution approach and lead detail design to meet user story and acceptance criteria. Closely collaborate with SA and Config Leads. • Run user story grooming sessions, define acceptance criteria, and support backlog creation. • Collaborate with solution architects and developers to ensure functional specifications are technically feasible. • Support data mapping and validation activities relevant to the functional domain. • Assist in testing efforts, including unit, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT). • Conduct training, walkthroughs, and provide hypercare support during go-live and stabilization. • Provide input on enhancements, change requests, and continuous improvement opportunities post-implementation.
