Purpose of the role

Business Growth aims to cover business and commercial points with Customers and Suppliers (MNOs) by conducting proper market intelligence and ensuring that suggested business models grant Infobip maximized profitability and short return on investment. They drive Infobip’s progress by serving as a primary business intelligence source with a broad company overview in delivering data-driven insights for business and platform optimization. They are a consultant role from the business preparation stage until the product launch and once the project is active by following business opportunities, implementing improvements, and influencing financial progress.
The team covers business and commercial points with Customers and Suppliers (MNOs) by doing proper market intelligence and proposing adequate strategies for regions and Infobip’s products. They also navigate requirements in dedicated markets to support growth and bring additional profit.
The team constantly communicates with other departments – finance, sales, operator partnerships, legal, technical support, development, and the management team – which all rely on data and inputs from the Business Analytics team.

Responsibilities
• Strategic position with driving initiatives and alignment on business opportunities in global markets to maximize profitability. Presenting strategic goals to partners and stakeholders.
• Collecting BI is a basis for partner negotiation, evaluating and approving business models with operators and customers, and actively participating in the negotiation process and contract evaluation.
• Identifying possible new deals, defining selling price policy, and ensuring we reach maximum profits and overall connections for all products.
• Proactive analysis of traffic and revenue to reach regional/company OKRs.
• Perform various risk analyses and prepare models that would foster ROI.
• Helping manage cash flow through strategic planning and assessment.
• Active participation in the new department and company projects.
• Proactive approach in redesigning processes and procedures with the primary goal of guarding and increasing the profitability of the Company.

Qualifications
• At least 3-5 years of previous working experience in the IT and/or Telco industry in the positions of a Consultant, Revenue Analyst, Business Analyst, and Project Manager or similar jobs.
• BSc or MSc degree in STEM or relevant work experience.
• Experience with risk management, profit & loss analysis, and developing business strategies.
• Great professional interest in the mix of technology, analytics, and business.
• Pronounced analytical skills and constantly questioning how things could work better.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel. Experience with Power BI, QlikSense, and/or Tableau is welcome.
• Proactive critical thinker, ready to constantly adapt to address new business challenges and recommend productive ideas.
• Enjoy opening new opportunities and take a creative approach while doing so.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
