Commercial Banking - Business Banking
Hang Seng’s Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies.
For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Business Growth and Ecosystem Manager.
Principal responsibilities
Deploy and execute effective acquisition strategies to enable a scalable business expansion in Business BankingSupport the building of new multilateral relationships with HACN and various external organisations, including but not limited to trade associations, chambers of commerce, strategic partners, etcDeepen cross-border collaboration with HACN to drive scalable and quality New-To-Bank (NTB) customer referrals, with a specific focus in customers from GBAIdentify segment-specific and/or industry-specific growth opportunities and lead the implementation of effective relationship strategies in the relevant segments/ sectors Design and manage meaningful MI reports to track business progressBuild effective relationship strategies and industry sectors and various business partnersThrough presence and participation in business partners’ events, strengthen HASE brand as a business partner for SMEs, specifically for local, GBA and start-up customers
