About the RoleWe are looking for a Business Head of Credit Cards who will report directly into our CEO, Bhavin Turakhia, leading a cross-functional team of rockstars that launch and operate multiple high RoE credit card programs in the US market across near-prime and prime segmentsAt Zeta we believe in operating high RoE credit card programs with a strong foundation in Risk Management complimented by leveraging the best technology platforms to drive down cost to income ratios and optimize RoEResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate has hands-on experience across defining, launching, implementing and optimizing the full Program Management lifecycle of a Credit Card including.Product Definition - Combines a keen understanding of Customer Persona and Needs with RoA goals to be able to craft Products that have high adoption and high RoA Marketing - Well versed in the various digital and non-digital acquisition channels for Near Prime and Prime Credit Cards Underwriting - Deep understanding and hands on experience of steps in building, monitoring and updating sophisticated credit risk and underwriting models and rules leveraging bureau data, alternative data and portfolio data Portfolio Management - Experience in monitoring and growing the performance and size of large credit card portfolios Operations - Experience in defining and running manual and automation processes to optimize Operations including Fraud Operations, Dispute Operations, Production Operations, Application Processing Operations, Account Operations, Settlement Operations.
