We are looking for a Business HR, Propulsion and Shaft Line Solutions. The preferred location for this position is in Drunen, Netherlands but also Spain, UK, China, Japan are negotiable. In this position, hybrid working is an option too. 
 

Your role and responsibilities 

As a Business HR, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization. You will be responsible for providing workforce and organisational analytics to shape business and people strategies. You will be driving strategic initiatives and ensuring that our people practices align with our business goals.

Key characteristics of Propulsion and Shaft Line Solutions (SLS) would be to support the SLS end-to-end product and service organisation to grow sustainably, support development of Propulsion product portfolio to deliver the complete power line solutions for applications, business developments, equip and support Sales to capture new orders and through our operations execute the sourcing, manufacturing and secure the quality of the ordered products and propulsion systems for a successful customer delivery project execution and understand the dynamics in Commercial marine and our Naval dedicated entities

 

What you will do:

Utilize data acumen and technology savviness to drive informed decision making Articulate the return on investment of people investments Combine financial, strategy, and business acumen to shape business strategy and translate that into organisational, talent, leadership and people plans Design and implement high level organizational structures and change initiatives, drive HR side of M&A initiatives Develop strategic workforce plans including footprints and steer total employment costs Steer organisational capabilities development and steer strategic competency work Create talent strategy and manage talent and succession pipeline Drive leadership and culture development as well organisational effectiveness improvements Act as a sounding board for senior leaders and influence key decisions

 

Requirements for the position:

Strong data literacy and analytical skills combined with storytelling abilities Knowledge of organizational design and people planning Strong coaching, consulting and influencing skills HR domain knowledge and experience Personal qualities such as resilience, mental modelling, and agility

 

As an ideal candidate you would also have:

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in business, psychology or other relevant field Experience in financial, strategy, and/or business management Experience in change management and leadership development Strategic HR certification
