Description We are in search of a Business Immigration Analyst to join our team in San Francisco, California. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the industry. As a Business Immigration Analyst, you will be expected to manage client correspondence, assist in application and petition completion, maintain client confidentiality, and draft legal documents. Writing Sample: Our client is asking for a writing sample (preferably from a professional setting) to showcase your word-processing skills. They are looking for writing with no spelling errors, correct punctuation and grammar, and a professional tone. This sample can be from an internship, previous role, or school assignment, especially if related to the political science/legal fields. Responsibilities: • Assist in the accurate and efficient completion of client applications and petitions • Engage in regular correspondence with clients through various mediums such as emails and letters • Compile, analyze, and report data pertaining to the status of cases • Ensure the confidentiality and proper maintenance of client contact information • Draft comprehensive legal documents detailing client eligibility • Monitor and take appropriate action regarding client accounts • Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency Requirements Qualifications: • Proven experience in Data Entry is essential. • A background in Political Science is required. • Knowledge and experience in Criminal Justice is necessary. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must. • Familiarity with different types of Visas is expected. • Demonstrated experience in handling Visa Petitions is crucial. • Understanding of Employment-Based Immigration processes is required.
