About the Role

The Business Impact Office primary role is to enhance our distribution capabilities and agency experiences of AIA Tied Distribution force. We target to create impact in business through delivering on strategic partnership and initiatives, focusing on driving activities and productivity for AIA FA and Agency Force.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Support and collaborate with Sales location team (SDOAs/BDMs) to achieve business goals by conducting district engagement, training the BDMs and provide data and insights that will enhance the overall Agency and FA experiencesDrive and manage various initiatives and strategic partnership to increase active agent and sales productivity. This includes Life in Group and Worksite Marketing, lead generation activities for districts, etc.Support division as business user representative for Digital Tools that increases active agents and sale productivitiesSupport enterprise objective of holistic financial planning, new agent acquisition and training.Build and maintain effective partnerships with leaders, key stakeholders and internal team within BIO to manage change and drive initiativesProvide regular communication and updates to senior management and various stakeholders and problem-solve issues as they arise

Financial and Non-Financial Measures:

End to End Project Execution: Initiatives / Projects as defined are implemented as per schedule timeline and budget to drive the following financial Metric:

New Business Sales, measure in VONB, ANP Activity, measured in Active New Agent, Active Existing Agent, Activity Ratio, Management of GOE Manpower, measured in Total Inforce, New Agent. Assigned project to drive long term improvements

Communication Requirements

Being able to communicate to convince and influence multiple stakeholders in the organization who has analytics needs to drive business initiatives.

Internal: Being able to simplify complex analyses in simple business language.

Collaborative Challenger, embrace different ideas, perspectives to achieve enterprise outcomes.

External: Able to translate technical approach to Insights team that will drive business outcomes.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree holder with 5-7 years’ experience in insurance or financial industry. Experiences in agency management and sales essential. Other experiences in business planning, implementation and transformation programmes is valuable.Entrepreneurial experience is valued.Proven and demonstrable ability in applying business intelligence to drive on the ground execution of sales initiatives.Able to thrive in a fast paced, highly challenging environmentKnowledge of analytic and IT application is helpful.Team player who is detailed and deadline oriented, with a strong work ethicFlexible, able to work in a dynamic environment and across culturesExcellent verbal and written communications skills (English)Strong and effective interpersonal skillsStrong project management skills to deliver transformation programmes on time.
