Business Information Consultant - Quest Product Owner
Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and in office 1 - 2 days per week). Ideal candidates will live within 50 miles of our Pulse Point location in Indianapolis, IN.
The Business Information Consultant - Quest Product Owner is responsible for serving as an expert in data analysis, reporting and formulating recommendations and providing guidance to other data analysts.
How you will make an impact:
Oversees application management/maintenance.
Creates and maintains database queries to track business performance.
Creates and publishes periodic reports, as well as any necessary ad hoc reports.
Takes business issues and devises best ways to develop appropriate diagnostic and/or tracking data that will translate business requirements into usable decision support tools.
Makes recommendations based upon data analysis.
Provides analytic consultation to other business areas, leadership, or external customers.
Manages data analysis and reporting which encompasses a much higher level of complexity.
Manages PreD daily reports and ad hoc imports.
Manages weekly reports including, PostD, TN Behavioral Health–Imports & Reporting, PreD/PostD Validation, Appeals CPA Sample Load, Appeals Reconsiderations Sample Load, Appeals–CA MedSupp Sample Load, WiPro Appeals (CAID/CARE) Sample Load, WiPro ATA (5 associates), TN Weekly Report, National Contracts – Loading vision file and importing samples, TN EOB Sample pull and importing samples.
Manages monthly reports including, Sample Load, LA Accuracy Report, Audit Report Active User List.
Updates compliance documentations throughout the year.
Writes procedural documents as needed.
Creates sample configuration for training classes.
Completes PostD Manual Sampling when tidal jobs do not run.
Supports Quest Disaster Recovery Plan maintenance and other requested maintenance as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BS/BA degree in related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
Knowledge of SQL and TOAD is strongly preferred.
Experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and statistical software strongly preferred.
Able to provide analytic consultation to developers and customers when needed strongly preferred.
Ability to manipulate large sets of data strongly preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills strongly preferred.
Ability to write procedural documents and onboard new team members preferred.
Experience with JIRA to include writing stories, testing, and assisting with Sprint development preferred.
Knowledge of Company compliance preferred.
