Business Insights Lead
**THE POSITION** You will provide thought leadership and strategic partnership in analytics to drive evidence-based decision making across the Animal Health business. You will deliver high-quality analytics and insights to enhance understanding of brands, markets, and customers across various channels, while driving innovations in analytical approaches to maximise value extraction from data. This is a Head Office based role, requiring two days per week in Bracknell. **TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES** **Strategic Analytics Leadership** • Proactively deliver investigatory business analytics solutions and customer/market insights aligned with Animal Health strategic priorities • Drive innovations in analytical approaches and methodologies • Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging trends and opportunities **Operational Excellence** • Provide effective and timely analytical support using evidence-based techniques • Design and implement tools and dashboards for performance tracking **Cross-Functional Collaboration** • Drive and embed evidence-based decision making across the AH business • Proactively collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify and address business needs • Lead the development of insights that drive commercial strategy **Advanced Analytics & Innovation** • Develop additional analytical tools and statistical techniques beyond standard approaches • Incorporate data from diverse sources • Lead the implementation of advanced analytics projects **REQUIREMENTS** • Demonstrated experience in animal health or pharmaceutical industry • Bachelor's/advanced degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field preferred • In depth experience in analytics and insights with a track record of implementing successful analytics initiatives • Experience in commercial operations and strategy development • Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualisation tools • Expertise in business intelligence platforms and CRM systems • Strong capabilities in predictive modelling • Knowledge of market research methodologies and competitive intelligence frameworks **WHY THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO WORK** Boehringer Ingelheim has been recognised as a Top Employer in the UK.
