Reporting to the Manager Claims Excellence and Strategy, you will support the claims management function across a range of insights, continuous improvement initiatives and lead and develop the overarching performance and insights strategy. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your existing experience to a new and exciting challenge, and play a pivotal role in the performance of our function and success of our service offerings to injured workers and clients. How you'll make an impact Lead a dynamic team of Performance and Insights Analysts; Lead the design and delivery of key performance measure strategies and initiatives to ensure targets are achieved; Identify trends and themes and communicate actionable insights to the business; Coach and support claims management personnel to reach optimal performance outcomes and compliance measures; Collaborate with the Performance and Insights, Customer Experience and Claims teams around the development of customer centric initiatives and strategy; Lead and participate in broader key business projects and initiatives. About you Previous experience in a similar leadership role, such as customer insights or performance analytics; Demonstrated experience in managing performance through qualitative and quantitative metrics; Experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of best practice workers compensation claims management processes and practices; Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to engage and articulate at all levels of organisation; Experience in working with Salesforce or other similar CRMs would be highly regarded; A strategic mindset and approach to work; A strong sense of team and collaboration; A resilient attitude.
