What You Do

Client Service Representative

Prepare and send Renewal and Mid-term Certificate of Insurance and Evidence of Property Insurance formsReview contracts to ensure that requirements are met by insurance policiesCommunicate with clients and internal and external stakeholders regarding service issuesMaintain file documentation of forms and supplements for attachment to certificatesVerify coverage for third partiesManage data in Agency Management SystemProcess Agency Bill Invoices upon instructions from account teamPerform other duties as requested

 

Your Education and Experience

Required

Property and Casualty License must be obtained within 75 days of the first day of New Hire OnboardingProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and WordCommitment to advancing your insurance knowledge via training and obtaining approved industry designationThe employee is responsible for adherence to the stated expectations of the E&O Plus Quality Management Program

The applicable base salary range for this role is $34,700 to $64,600.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
