What You’ll Do:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Integration Analyst to join Canadian Tire Corporation’s Triangle Retail Media (TRM) team and help us streamline operations and enhance organizational efficiency.
The Business Integration Analyst will be responsible for developing, documenting, tracking and overseeing the integration of business processes, systems, and technologies across various TRM teams. This role involves working closely with key stakeholders within TRM to ensure seamless coordination, execution of business processes and ways of working across the various teams, enhancing efficiencies and team productivity.
+ Collaborate across teams within TRM (Sales, Media Planning, Brand Development, Measurement and Product teams) to identify integration needs and develop comprehensive plans.
+ Evaluate existing business processes and system tools to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
+ Design and implement integration strategies that align with TRM goals and objectives.
+ Manage integration projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
+ Establish a disciplined approach for teams that drive collaboration across teams, enables teams to be most efficient in their roles and help clear roadblocks.
+ Provide training and support to staff on new systems and processes.
+ Monitor post-integration performance, gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments.
+ Prepare detailed reports and documentation on integration activities and outcomes.
+ Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business integration.
+ Ad hoc projects as required .
What You Bring:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
+ Proven experience in business integration, process improvement, or project management
+ 3+ years of experience in business management, process improvement or project management
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex processes and systems
+ Ability to manage unique projects with a positive and problem-solving mindset
+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
+ Strong organizational skills with strong attention to detail
+ Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities
+ Self starter with strong initiative and adaptability
+ Effective collaborator, skilled in building positive business relationships
+ Driven to achieve targets and deadlines
+ Resourceful in navigating through a large company (CTC) and diverse stakeholder groups in a fast paced environment
+ Experience building compelling PowerPoint presentations
+ Proficiency in working with excel files and data analysis tools
