The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for understanding business/department needs and goals and creating data-driven analysis and insight to support management decisions.
What you will be doing Provide data and reporting for analyses on relating to business needs gathered from key internal business stakeholders.Create and analyze monthly executive management reportsQuery data warehouses and create standard ad hoc reports for end users using spreadsheets, macros, and reporting writing toolsProvide end user training. Provide training and guidance on how to interpret and apply dataPerform and analyze data integrity auditsCollaborate with key stakeholders to determine requirements and participate projects that generated required intelligence with general oversightAssist with training new analysts on internal processes, data warehouse use, reporting and data infrastructureAdminister reporting portal including page design, security, report libraries, and content additions, revisions and deletionsComply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland’s Information Systems Security Policy
