This role will be a member of a high caliber commercial strategy team that generates insight into sales & operational performance with significant exposure to senior management across multiple departments. In this role, you will examine key business data by identifying, cleaning, and providing analysis and insights. **What you will do** + Build dashboards, tools, and other data models for business groups to help visualize or monitor data in sales, operations, CSS and/or marketing + Provide ongoing data mining efforts to trends and areas of continuous improvement + Generate insights and present findings to senior management using data visualization and presentation programs to suggest business recommendations + Support ad hoc analysis and reports needed for business decisions, planning, and execution + Consult with project team members and stakeholders to identify, define, and document business needs and objectives, current reporting capabilities, and challenges related to the business function + Provide data creation and project management for data strategy, forecast planning, daily reporting performance scorecards and commission management + Key partners to collaborate with include Sales, Marketing, Operations & Finance **Who you are** + High school diploma, or equivalent required.
