Business Intelligence Analyst

Position Summary:

The Business Intelligence Analyst - Sales is responsible for leveraging Business Intelligence and data analytics to continuously create business tools, metrics, and measurables within the organization that solve problems and optimize growth. This individual works with the Sales and Commercial teams to provide data insights to drive successful business decisions.

Essential Functions:

Create reports and dashboards to provide actionable data insights.Support master data and pricing data management.Provide analytics on trends, patterns, and relationships.Develop KPIs and measurables.Prepare ad hoc reporting as needed by the executive teamOptimize and automate existing systemsCreate new systems to streamline analysis and decisionsAdheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies. Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your roleRepresents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Data Analysis, or related field requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional time-management skills required for successful job completionAdvanced skill with Microsoft Office.Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence systems such as the MS Power Platform, Looker, SAP Business Objects, etc.Strong knowledge of R, Python, SQL, Big Query, and/or other related coding and querying applicationsAbility to take complex data and digest it into information that is easily understood.Pricing or financial experience preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detailStrong self-starting skillsAdvanced critical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to travel up to 10% of the time
