Summary of Program

Summary of Position

As a Business Intelligence Analyst and Developer Intern, you will work within the Enterprise Business Intelligence team to support reporting and analytics across Jabil. In this role you will modify Power BI reports based on user requests, develop systems to improve platform governance, enhance user education programs, and more.

Intern Duties & Responsibilities

Modifying existing Power BI reports. Go through the code review and deployment process while interacting with users to gain a better understand of the data we work with.Optimize reports to consume less CPU leveraging Power BI, and SQL best practices.Development of new reports and systems that enhance our ability to govern the platform and improve its stability using software such as Power BI and Power Automate.Improving user education programs such as enhancing and updating SharePoint sites, compiling materials to distribute to new developers, and researching best practices and standards to implement in our environment.Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Major(s): Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data science, information technology

Class Year(s): Rising Juniors and Seniors or 1st Year Masters

GPA: Min 3.0

Availability: Must be available to work in St. Petersburg Florida from May 19, 2025 – Aug 8, 2025

Technical Skills: PowerBI, Tableau, SQL

Project Management

Self-starter – Ability to drive work

Leadership Skills: Agility, Building Trusting Relationships, Decision Making Skills, & Resilience
