Business Intelligence Analyst - Developer

Landmark is currently seeking a talented individual to join our technology team as a Business Intelligence Analyst - Developer. The Business Intelligence Analyst – Developer role will lead the enhancement of existing data tools and build the next generation of data driven solutions at Landmark. This position will play a pivotal role in Landmark’s drive for digital transformation, leveraging our data better understand our processes and our markets.

A successful candidate will use their knowledge and understanding of data and technology to implement solutions to solve current and future challenges.

Responsibilities

Champion, actively support, develop, and expand usage of enterprise data throughout the organization. Partner with business units to develop and design custom reporting packages, dashboards, KPIs, and custom data driven applications to surface complex data from a variety of systems. Design and implement data integrations between systems to ensure all systems reflect truth through data. Design, develop, and maintain custom database applications for the capture and manipulation of enterprise data. Create and maintain documentation and training resources relating to business intelligence tools.

Requirements

Expert level knowledge of relational data concepts and SQL for reporting (SELECT, JOIN, UPDATE, INSERT). Advanced knowledge of SQL Server Management, including performance, views, stored procedures, and permissions. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access, including PowerQuery and VBA Macros. Expert level knowledge of PowerBI. Experience developing and supporting applications built using Microsoft PowerApps and PowerPlatform. Ability to think outside-of-the-box and bring unique solutions to complex problems. Ability to discover the true objective and deliver the most efficient and effective method of achieving the goal using appropriate technology. Experience gathering business requirements, analyzing options, developing a plan for delivery, and partnering with team members to develop and deploy. Excellent communication and teaching skills. 5 to 10 years progressive experience working in a similar role. Knowledge of Sage 300 CRE, AnterraBI, HH2, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
