We are currently looking for a resource to support our PowerPoint services needs in order to support Global Managing Directors, Directors and professionals in the US, Europe, and Asia managing, coordinating and supporting them with Presentations/Proposals. This Candidate must have design work demonstrating experience with infographics (data analysis and data visualization). You'll have the power and creative freedom to create powerful presentations that make an impact. Should be an outstanding team player to assist with day-to-day business functions. The work timing will be Monday – Friday UK shift.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
Develop and design presentations-primarily in PowerPoint-depicting advance key business objectives and tell the story through clean, concise, and well-organized slides.Responsible to develop and maintain customized templates and graphics to ensure a consistent "look and feel" for the departmentUnderstand the latest PowerPoint trends and designs and can add visuals, charts, and graphics to create presentations that capture the audience's attentionAbility to consistently uphold brand and style guidelines, and communicate and potentially teach these standards to others internallyShould have experience with graphics, charts, infographics, color themes, master templates, animations, hyperlinking, transitions, actions, video, and moreProven ability to meet deadlines, work on many projects simultaneously, and work in a team environment in a corporate settingAbility to receive constructive feedback from teammates, supervisor(s) and internal stakeholders with an utmost professional manner
Essential traits:
Innate creativity and artistic backgroundExpert knowledge of latest PowerPoint versionExperience with infographics (data analysis and data visualization)Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Software (mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, DreamWeaver).Adobe AfterEffects for Motion Graphics (Rich in animation)Good understanding of corporate brandingExcellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities5+ years of experience working with diverse teamsStrong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple projects and priorities with demanding deadlinesAbility to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of managementA strong desire to learn new skills, software and capabilitiesAbility to manage confidential, sensitive information
