You will provide advanced data and analytical support to UCLA Health System. Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm (Fixed Hybrid) Annual Salary Range: $83,800.00 - $179,400.00 Qualifications REQUIRED: + BS degree in statistics, Business, computer science, mathematics, or quantitative analysis related field or equivalent experience + Advance skill in Python, Tableau, SQL, R, Excel, SPSS, and PowerPoint + Have 2+ experience in Clinical Data Analytics, Statistics, and Quality Measures + Have 3+ experience in advance analytical and quantitative skills + Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills + Project management skills + Excellent understanding of the industry-specific issues, regulatory requirements, and current healthcare industry + Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced and creative environment + Ability to think 'outside-the-box' and be creative to accomplish departmental goals + Ability to prioritize work and remain detail oriented + Ability to lead System wide complex projects + Excellent oral and written communication skills PREFERRED: + MBA or MS in quantitative analytical fields + 3+ year in Python, SQL, and Tableau experience + 3+ year experience in healthcare industry + 1+ year experience in data science (AI/ML), data management and data analysis + 1+ year experience in project management UCLA Health welcomes all individuals, without regard to race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin or disabilities, and we proudly look to each person’s unique achievements and experiences to further set us apart.
