Gigamon has been awarded over 90 technology patents and enjoys world-class customer satisfaction with over 4,000 organizations, including over 80 percent of the Fortune 100 and hundreds of governments and educational organizations worldwide.   As the Business Intelligence and Marketing Analyst II you will need to build the data infrastructure and the analytics framework to provide insights into the leadership on the impact of strategic initiatives using key metrics. You must be able to benchmark systems, analyze system bottlenecks and propose solutions to eliminate them. This role will involve working with the data across numerous customer touch points, developing capabilities tied to audience profiling, database segmentation, marketing attribution and performance monitoring, plus undertaking deep quantitative analysis and building predictive/machine learning models to drive program strategy. Key Responsibilities: Data Infrastructure & Migration: Lead the migration from Azure to Snowflake and Power BI to Tableau, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal performance. Develop the strategy and architecture for a marketing data lake with effective data acquisition and governance. Business Intelligence & Reporting: Design and maintain Tableau dashboards to provide actionable insights and streamline reporting. Automate operations and train analysts and business users on data tools and dashboards. Marketing Analytics & Insights: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze data and guide strategic priorities. Build attribution models, performance metrics, and customer journey maps to track campaign impact. Data Strategy & Predictive Modeling: Manage data modeling, ETL processes, and optimization initiatives. Develop predictive models and machine learning solutions to improve customer acquisition and retention. System Optimization & Governance: Identify bottlenecks, enhance data pipelines, and ensure data health and accessibility across teams. Partner with IT and marketing to align data infrastructure with business goals and ensure governance best practices. Training & Collaboration: Lead Snowflake and Tableau adoption through workshops and documentation. Foster collaboration across teams to promote data-driven decision-making and insights.   What You’ve Done: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Math, Data Science/Analytics, or Business Intelligence. A minimum of 5 years of experience in modern enterprise data architecture and analytics. Proven experience in Digital Marketing, CRM analytics, or IT-Business Intelligence. Extensive hands-on experience with predictive modeling and machine learning using Python, R, or Java. Proficiency in SQL, with familiarity in big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) preferred. Advanced skills in data visualization tools like DOMO or Tableau.   Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Azure, and Tableau. Experience with Power BI migration, ETL processes, and data modeling. Knowledge of attribution models, segmentation, and predictive analytics. Analytical Skills: Strong data interpretation, statistical analysis, and optimization skills. Ability to track and enhance marketing campaign performance. Project Management & Collaboration: Experience leading data migration and lifecycle projects. Effective collaboration with marketing, IT, and data teams. Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Focus on data governance and process improvement. Preferred: Experience with B2B marketing analytics and CRM tools like Salesforce or Marketo.   Who You Are: A self-starter with a strong business mindset, capable of translating complex concepts into actionable insights. Exceptional problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently. A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent communication skills. Familiarity with data management platforms like Knime is a plus.   #LI-PK1
