Detailed Job Description:

15+ years of IT experience and 10+ years of experience in the Business Intelligence field and expertise in data driven dashboard/analytics design, development and implementation. The individual will work closely with other team members and owners of the data sources. The Business Intelligence Architect will be responsible for providing access to the data via reports, data extracts, and analysis tools, the development of ETL components and for coding stored procedures. The Business Intelligence Architect will have the ability to gather reporting requirements, design reports and release them into production. Reports /BI Analytics Architect with firm grounding in SQL and Data warehouse design. Must Have - Power BI, Oracle Analytics Server, GCP

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Partner with various division to develop reports and address data needs to provide reporting solutions Synthesize and translate business data needs into creative visualizations and tools Develop, maintain and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions primarily in, but not limited to Oracle, Power BI, nice to have Tableau, Looker, MicroStrategy etc. Align/standardize team members on best practices around BI implementations Perform and document data analysis, data validation, data mapping/design, by accessing multiple sources, specifically data residing in source systems Standardize data collection by developing methods for database design and validation reports Provide application analysis and data modeling design to collect data for centralized data warehouse Extract data from databases and data warehouses for reporting and to facilitate sharing between multiple data systems

Technical Skills Required:

Bachelors Degree in a quantitative discipline with 15+ years of work experience technical field Minimum 4+ years of experience with Business Intelligence Well versed developing applications Oracle Analytics Server, OBIEE, Power BI, GCP Familiar with handling of structured and unstructured data for reporting needs In-depth Understanding of SQL, relational databases & normalization Practice Agile Methodology Expertise in developing, maintaining and managing dashboards & underlying analytics Proficient in the use of query and reporting analysis tools. Storyteller capable of delivering creative design and interactive data visualizations. Understanding of data warehouse concepts along with knowledge of SQL to write complex, optimized queries across volumes of data. Experience with creation and maintenance of documents, knowledge/support articles for varying level of user groups Knowledge of cloud based Big data and analytical solutions a plus

Technical Skills Preferred:

Hands-on experience of RDBMS systems, specifically ORACLE Power BI and multiple reporting tools Working knowledge of multiple scripting/programming languages Experience writing stored procedures and views in ORACLE database a plus Well versed with Data warehousing techniques and solutions Nice to have Experience working with any ETL tools and ETL methodology Nice to have Experience working with Git, Jira, and Agile methodologies Nice to have Experience working with Big Data solutions and architecture

Nice to have:

Familiarity with Big Data technologies (BigQuery, Hadoop, Spark, Cassandra etc.) Familiarity with Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google.
