Business Intelligence (BI) Architect

You may just be the right candidate for this role, or another role and make your mark at Mill Creek._** The objective of the Business Intelligence (BI) Architect is to support the Corporate Finance Group in its role of providing critical financial planning, reporting and analysis to Mill Creek Residential Trust (“MCRT”) management through the collaborative design, implementation and management of effective, scalable enterprise system and data modeling solutions. **Essential Functions/Responsibilities** + Design and implement technology solutions that support real estate finance and company planning, reporting and analysis activities, ensuring data is accessible, secure, and reliable. + Lead the evaluation, selection and implementation process on behalf of Corporate Finance for enterprise solutions for and technologies that support critical business processes. + Perform project management of business-critical company real estate finance initiatives; lead cross-functional group discussions, drive idea-sharing, requirements definition, and project timelines and execution. + Ability to transform data into actionable insights that drive decision-making in support of business objectives. + Architect the real estate finance systems and supporting processes for data extraction and visualization for the timely, efficient and accurate delivery of data to consumers. + Understand the company`s modeling framework and underlying business planning framework and support continuous improvement. + Implement change management and documentation to ensure auditability, knowledge transfer and maintainability of processes and solutions. + All other duties as assigned **Education and/or Experience** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Sciences or related major required. + 3-7 years’ experience **Skills/Specialized Kn** **o** **w** **ledg** **e** + Proficient in Vena Solutions, Power BI or Tableau, Azure, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Fabric **About the Benefits of joining the Mill Creek Team** + Competitive compensation + Comprehensive medical, dental and vision + Employer sponsored short and long term disability, Life and ADD insurance + 401k with employer matching + Paid time off benefits: Vacation, Sick, Holidays _Mill Creek is an Equal Opportunity Employer_ **Are you ready to contribute to the success of Mill Creek Residential?
