Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer in Battle Ground, Washington. In this role, you will be the primary source for all business intelligence, responsible for gathering data from various systems that handle our operations. Your work will be pivotal in our decision-making process, helping us to prioritize efficiently and celebrate our successes. You will also assist in improving the speed and intelligence of our team through the data and training you provide. Responsibilities: • Act as the primary point for all business intelligence within the team. • Collect and analyze data from various operational systems. • Assist in making informed decisions and prioritizing efforts effectively based on data analysis. • Respond to internal requests for insights and train team members on how to use the data effectively. • Modify data pipelines in response to changes in APIs. • Identify and repair any issues in data flows and reports. • Create views that simplify querying core business objects and quantifying business performance. • Implement systems and processes for change management and data pipeline observability. • Train internal business users on the proper usage of data and reporting tools. • Troubleshoot data integrations from source systems when required.
