Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and interpret large data sets to generate actionable insights, reports, and dashboards. • Work with the Product, Pricing and Commercial Teams to understand their data needs, identify key metrics, and define requirements for BI solutions. • Create interactive dashboards, using tools like PowerBI, to present data insights and track business performance metrics. • Constructs forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge. • Communicate and provide training to end users on BI tools and prepare documentation to support ongoing BI system use. • Work closely with the Customer Solution teams within their focus areas: Service Contracts and Connected Solutions for ICE and BEV vehicles, to enhance the business performance and customer value proposition. • Collaborate closely with the Customer Solution teams across various focus areas, including Service Contracts and Connected Solutions for ICE and BEV vehicles, to improve business performance and customer value. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree At least 8 years of analytics, business intelligence, strategy or forecasting experience At least 1 year of lead experience OR Master’s degree At least 6 years of analytics, business intelligence, strategy or forecasting experience At least 1 year of lead experience OR At least 10 years of analytics, business intelligence, strategy or forecasting experience At least 1 year of lead experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. International Motors does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status) Desired Skills • Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik, and experience with SQL queries. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate insights. • Statistics methods applied to business analytics. • Ability to work independently and to have a team spirit in cross-functional settings. • Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and documenting processes. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements or project scopes.
