We’re looking for a Support Analyst to join our Release Engineering team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to identify and recommend design processes aimed to increased efficiency, performance, and reliability, and also provide solutions to technical issues and meet agreed service level agreements while ensuring the deliverables are of high quality.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Improvement and Risk Management: Identify areas for improvement, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive changes to enhance efficiency and manage risks.
2. Client Needs Assessment and Data Analysis: Assess client needs, analyze data, and propose enhancements to current processes.
3. Testing and Issue Resolution: Develop test plans with stakeholders, implement test scripts, track defects, troubleshoot issues, and document resolutions.
4. Reporting and Automation: Create reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, perform data management and analysis, and develop automated workflows using Power Automate or similar tools.
5. Project Administration and Communication: Maintain and administer projects, provide timely status updates, and communicate project milestones to on-shore and off-shore leads.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any technology course (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, MIS, or a related field) with preference for applicants with experience in programming.Experience: 2+ years of experience with other automation tools including Power BI, Power Automate, VBA, SharePoint, and Teams (Required)Hybrid Work Arrangement: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves: Collaboration and Relationship Building: Ability to build rapport, cultivate working relationships, and drive collaboration across teams and with diverse stakeholders. Adaptability and Self-Management: Adaptable self-starter who can work with minimal supervision, juggle multiple projects, and organize time effectively.Cross-Functional Teamwork: Ability to work well with business unit SMEs, Business Analysts, vendors, and end users in cross-functional teams.Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt content to various audiences and communicate effectively.Attention to Detail and Problem Solving: Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and analytical skills.Let's make every day better together.
