Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
Assist with managing and directing processes and research and development (R&D) to meet the needs of our AI strategy.Analyze company and client challenges to identify how integrating AI capabilities can provide effective solutions.Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and prioritizing key areas of a partner’s business where AI solutions can drive significant business benefit.Analyze and explain AI and machine learning (ML) solutions while setting and maintaining high ethical standards.Coordinate technical aspects of backend SQL data validation with data architects.Conduct data discovery against internal OSS data and external data, including Salesforce, vendor, and marketing data.Create and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) standards in devops environment against existing ETL implementations.Develop and maintain devops UI framework that will allow for rapid change/scrum to production cycles.Collaborate with interdepartmental managers to deliver targeted views and tools to better manage workload, forecasting and business reports.Create ad-hoc views to quickly satisfy business insight, measurement, forecasting type reporting needs while working with BI data architects to properly standardize the data set.Establish and maintain a continuous feedback loop with the software engineering team to align BI devops initiatives with internal OSS business objectives.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
Proficient with virtualEnv and *NIX like system navigationCoding – whether writing database queries or building websites with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to display visualizations.Very strong in python and the Django framework.Proficient in code version control such as GIT.Proficient with interacting with different types of API calls including REST, SOAP, WSDL and parsing the response such as XML, JSONProficient in modeling data obtained from API.Proficient in interacting with different database types such as SQL Server, PostGreSQL, MariaDB, Oracle, Azure, Visual StudiosStrong with Tableau and Power BI and data visualization toolsProficient in the use of relational databases and query design to organize data to address complex business questions.Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and draw conclusions from significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.Strong UI design skills for ease of use of interfaceAbility to formulate an analytic framework after listening to business objectives.Strong Communication Skills required to present findings and translate data into understandable conclusions, clearly articulates modeling & analytics results.Attention to detail and accuracy with the data and conclusions is critical.Ability to work on multiple projects at once, set priorities, work independently, problem solve, improvise, and function as part of a team that performs well under pressure.Strong ability to shift priorities on the fly.Education and/or Experience Requirements:
Two or more years of experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions.Experience conducting assessments of the AI and automation market and competitor landscape.
