•Own the design and implementation for business intelligence architecture for Operational Excellence team using AWS platform and products.
• Own the design, implementation, and maintenance of new ongoing metrics, reports, analyzes, and dashboards to drive key business decisions.
• Partner with technology teams to define, extract, transform, and load data from many data sources using SQL and other tools.
• Conduct deep dive analyses of business problems and data issues provide data based recommendations to leaders and partner teams.
• Think outside of dashboards and metrics and work with business stakeholders, product teams to drive automation, product and process improvements to achieve the

The AMER OpsTech Solutions (OTS) Operational Excellence (OE) team is looking for a highly skilled, and motivated business intelligence leader to play a pivotal role in the design of architecture and strategy and to develop scalable business intelligence solutions. This is a tremendous opportunity to contribute and own the end-end design of the data analytics framework.
OTS provides IT support and technology deployment for Amazon’s Operations Technology Infrastructure, so that Amazon can fulfill its commitment to customers.
