Amazon is a highly data driven company highly obsessive about metrics. Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE) plays a crucial role, can build and analyze data systems, spot important business pattern, create metrics that measure success and develop ways to validate our findings. BIE will work closely with the ICQA, Learning and Finance departments to provide analytical support for the business.

Key job responsibilities
- contribute to the design, implementation, and delivery of complex BI solutions
- partner with Data Analysts to enhance data infrastructure, data availability during Prime/Peak Events
- use data mining, model building to create solutions for the growing analytical needs
- drive projects on machine learning, data automation, governance and standardization
- develop innovative BI and data analytics solutions leveraging generative AI (AWS Bedrock) to build intelligent knowledge bases and conversational interfaces for enhanced business insights and recommendations
