Democratization of Data and Data Analysis: Facilitate access to data and plan, implement, and manage activities to promote the internal use of BI tools and educational activities, thereby enhancing data literacy and self-BI analysis capabilities within the organization. Basic knowledge required for the management and maintenance of data infrastructure (data lakes, data marts, data warehouses). Problem-solving ability to understand business issues and guide solutions. Reporting and presentation skills to convey complex analysis results in a way that non-technical people can understand. Collaboration ability to solve problems while working with multiple departments and stakeholders.
