Business Intelligence & Intelligent Automation Manager
As a Business Intelligence and Intelligent Automation Manager in McKinney, TX you will design, develop, implement, lead and support important business unit BI reporting processes and environments to provide solutions and recommendations to functional owners. You will have an opportunity to work with multi-functional teams to gather data, document and approve business requirements for data analysis to create dashboard reporting and automation tools to create the business growth vital to implement the long-term strategic plan. **In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will:** + Define and lead a long-term Business Intelligence and Intelligent Automation strategy to enhance customer experience, business results, and data-driven decision-making + Collaborate with business partners to define and implement intelligent automation solutions, focusing on RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to reduce repetitive tasks + Champion AI and Intelligent Automation adoption across the organization, translating use cases into actionable projects + Partner with architecture and solution delivery teams to optimize data storage and reporting environments for efficiency and cost-effectiveness + Lead a team of BI and IA developers, including offshore and contract team members, providing mentoring and ensuring high performance and successful project outcomes + Define and govern key business metrics, promote self-service analytics, and engineer processes that drive business value + Foster a culture of continuous learning, cross-team collaboration, and the development of a citizen developer community **Who You Are:** You break down objectives into appropriate initiatives and actions. You partner with others to get work done. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, economics, statistics, applied mathematics, data science or equivalent + 5+ years of relevant professional experience/higher education in business intelligence, analytics, statistics, data engineering, data science or related field + Experience with Oracle and/or SAP applications + Project management skills, including experience leading BI and automation projects + Strong SQL skills and experience working with database management systems + Superb communication and collaboration skills with both diverse business collaborators and technical teams + Ability to travel up to 10% of the time domestically and internationally + Legal Authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided **Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:** + MBA + Programming / scripting experience and knowledge of software development process **OUR OFFER TO YOU:** We recognize for our organization to support a diverse workforce, we must focus on employee wellbeing.
