This is a 10-week internship starting June 9 or 16 and is fully on-site at the listed office location.

We seek a Business Intelligence Intern to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies.  This role would report to the Director of Business Intelligence in San Jose, CA.

The intern will support the Services Business Intelligence team in building enhanced analytics and automation into our service strategy. This will include tracking metrics, working with forecasting models, and improving processes and procedures. This position will also build dashboards and reports for Senior-Level reporting requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for gathering data, performing analysis, and presenting findingsDeveloping and automating reports and dashboardsArchitecting, modeling, configuring, and maintaining back-end data modelsCross-functional collaboration with multiple business and technical teams

Minimum Qualifications

Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in Business/Management Information Systems or equivalentMust be graduating between December 2025 and August 2026

Interest in pursuing a balanced business and technical roleExperience in business analysis and data interpretationStrong Python and SQL knowledgeKnowledge of statistics and identifying patterns and insightsKnowledge of data modeling, integration, and architectureKnowledge of data warehousing technologies (such as AWS)Experience working with large datasetsExperience with data visualization tools (like Tableau or MS QuickSight)Excellent communication and presentation skills!

Bloom Energy is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The total compensation for this position is based on various factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience.

For internships, the hourly rate offered is based on the position as well as the candidate’s degree, major, and year in school. The hourly pay range for this position $34.50 - $37.50.
