Business Intelligence Lead

ADP is hiring a Business Intelligence (BI) Lead for the newly formed HR Outsourcing (HRO) Analytics organization.  In this role, you’ll utilize your strong analytical and quantitative skills to develop insightful visualizations and dashboards, providing valuable insights and actionable recommendations on how to improve or grow business initiatives. Candidates should be comfortable working in Tableau and in corporate settings focused on KPI development and metric tracking.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:  Key Responsibilities:

 

Develop visualizations and reports that focus on top business KPIs, metrics and drive value Partner with different levels of the organization to learn the business and understand needs as it pertains to data Use Tableau Desktop, Prep and Stories proficiently to conduct work Adhere to the newly developed One UX BI Standards when developing dashboards Design, develop, and implement intuitive dashboards designed for easy consumption by business stakeholders, listening to feedback along the way Participate in learning and training opportunities to further BI skills Understand industry-recognized data-modeling patterns and standards Help business define KPI definitions, and help harmonize and reliably-track KPIs across the organization Automate reports to improve efficiency, and build real-time refreshing reports to provide timely insights to businesses Coach business partners on how to utilize dashboard reports and make improvements to increase readability and usability

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience working in Business Intelligence, reporting and/or analytics Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Management Science, Quantitative Finance, Business Management or technical related fields Strong data presentation and visualization skills; experience and formal training with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI Experience accessing and working with large data sources/models (e.g., Redshift, Alteryx, SQL) Expertise in data mining and segmentation techniques Strong analysis and pattern recognition skills, as well as synthesis skills, to be able to streamline work Heavy attention to detail, able to spot data inaccuracy quickly This is a hybrid role out of our Alpharetta, GA office.

Advanced Tableau User Advanced presentation skills (creating and speaking) Experience working in agile teams preferred Ability to configure automated reporting processes preferred Working experience in the HR technology space preferred
