Drive opportunities to optimize the overall data architecture and promote adoption rate of data products.Provide insights in daily/weekly/monthly and other ad-hoc reporting and dashboard from both data and business anglesCollaborate with Global BI team for development of the capabilities platform on SAP BW/HANA/Analysis for office Extensive collaboration with ITBP to better project planning and prioritization, and with Services & Delivery Teams to ensure high performance of the BI application portfolioDeliver innovative, efficient and cost effective solutions to meet enterprise needs and to drive business growth and profitability by adopting latest technology

Lead the Analytic community(Power BI & KNIME) and drive self-service analytic mindset across all BUs and functions

Minimal Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in majoring in  computer science or mathematicsAt least 5 years of business intelligence and data analysis experience Hands-on experience in end-to-end analytic process, including business requirements analyisis, solution degsign, multi-dimension modeling, ETL/data preparation development, reporting, visualized data analytics and data governance, etc.Business Acumen in turning data into insights. Strong functional background to have solid understanding of business along with detailed technical knowledge to generate insights from data Strong Knowledge of at least one of major front-end BI tools (Power BI, Tableau etc.)Strong Knowledge of at least one of major data processing tools (Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, KNIME, Alteryx etc.)

Preferred Experience

Strong SAP ERP & CRM knowledge, especally in accounting, controlling, sales, logistices,...Strong business acume, especially financeFamiliar with mainstream DBMS and SQLFamiliar with SAP BW/HANA/Analysis for OfficeMachine Learning experience is preferredPython/R skills is preferred
