Main responsibilities

As a Business Intelligence Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing a range of initiatives to improve the efficiency of reporting across CEE countries.

This position can be based in Kyiv or Budapest.

Lead and promote a culture of data driven approaches to contribute to country strategic and executional choices and constructively challenge the businessRun analysis and generate business insights that drive business growth:
sellout selling, customer dashboards, ecommerce, innovation analysis Cooperate with leadership to understand the goals, requirements and priorities and translate into advanced BI solutionsProvide facts based recommendations to improve business performanceLead BI community (search for new solutions, inspiration, training, guidance)Design and develop automated reports and dashboards (clear, user friendly,  insightful and tailored)Manage various data systems, modelsMaintain and further develop Power BI

About you

Experience:

Strong background in Business Intelligence/Analytics/Data Science rolesEcommerce performance and analytics experience is a plusPrevious experience in pharma business is a plusOwnership and leadership in project management

Skills:

Can manage multiple types of projects at a time Strong Verbal and written communications - Able to build convincing data-driven “stories”

Technical skills:

Experience in Power BI (data modeling, DAX and data visualization) is mustDeep Excel Proficiency - for ex can do hands-on simple correlations or projections in Excel, Power Query, Power Table  

Education:

University degree in statistics, econometrics, economics, data science/information technology or similar

Languages:

Fluent knowledge of English
