Business Intelligence Manager (CropScience)
POSITION PURPOSE:
Enable data backed discussion, diagnosis and decisions for sales process using high order of analytics for IBSL business. Enable teams to track the business progress monthly to make sure the plans are being achieved. Enable key organizational decisions to be made with the right data backup and help leadership team to understand inferences out of the data to take well-informed decisions.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
Collect the data from all sources which are pertaining to company operations at any function or levelCreate a data warehouse and store the information at one place using right technological solution possibleAnalyze the data and introduce novel tools than can yield easy and impactful data insightsPresent the findings with understandable formats like slides, charts, dashboards, maps to make impactful communication which supports high level decision making Sales analytics to support periodic business review and decisions for sales processes of IBSL in sales review forumsAnalytics of sales data to aptly represent current situation of sales and progress vs. planAnalytics of sales & market data to diagnose reasons for performance (reason of success/failure)Build dashboards to automate inputs for taking pre-defined & periodic sales and channel decisionsCreate customized analytics for non-repetitive decisionsCreate reports with sales & channel data that is reliable, timely and consistentHandhold co-located Marketing Analysts in roll out of automated dashboards for Commercial UnitsDrive Unit level data analytics targeting to indicate major deviationsDevelop data-based trend analysis for the lowest possible sales unit level and guide with predictive outcomesDrive the periodic data-based inferences and findings using various data tools and indicate it to the right team lead for actions requiredParticipate / Drive Key Business Enablement related Projects like Digital, Master Data, Tableau automation and Power BI.Drive digital intervention in data analytics for efficient data work, result oriented data outcomes which are actionableRepresent IBSL teams at Regional/ Global Digital Transformation projects related to Data Management/ Data interpretation/ Advanced Analytics
WHO YOU ARE:
Tertiary degree (Business, Marketing, Agriculture (preferred), Commerce) & University degree (MBA/ CA or equivalent)Prior experience of Data Management or Business Intelligence/ Analytics roleCritical thinking about the business solutionsVery strong analytical skills, statistical orientation and visualization skillsCross-functional collaboration
