YOUR ROLE Deliver accurate data for the daily and monthly deliverables in accordance with the Service Level Agreement  Support projects related to operations, evaluates process improvement opportunities, and ensures update of process documentations Communicate with stakeholder for inquiries related to specific tasks; Create root cause analysis and provide solutions Handles and completes assigned tasks by specific Strategic Pillar Perform ad hoc tasks required by stakeholders or assigned by the supervisor YOUR SKILLS Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or Business Analytics related courses Minimum of three (3) years related work experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics; Background from a Shared Service or Multinational Working Environment is an advantage Knowledge in MS Excel is mandatory; Finance background, SAP, Power BI (for dashboard creation), and Macros/VBA is a must Should be customer- and results oriented; Able to demonstrate meeting delivering critical time-based tasks Excellent English communication (verbal & written), analytical, and problem-solving skills Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM- 12:00 MN)
