OTRC Reporting team has an opening for a Business Intelligence (Tableau) App Dev. Sr. Programmer Analyst. We are seeking a highly motivated and strong hands-on technical lead to expand the existing global team for developing and supporting technology solutions for Operations and Technology Reporting. The Qualified candidate will participate in end-to-end development of technology solutions as well as ongoing support. The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities. Responsibilities: + Understand requirements from both business as well as technology clients - offering timely solutions developing, testing, and implementing this solution. + Contribute to the development of the next-gen alternatives investments Tech landscape for competitive advantage, supporting and enhancing the existing applications. + Interact with the, Development, QA team and other stakeholders to provide coordination for all activities. + Perform development and support enhancements on a complex business application. + Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users/functional team, studying system flow and data usage. + Understand the work processes to investigate problem areas and provide appropriate solution. Adhere completely the established software development lifecycle governance standard. + Analyze requirements, perform impact analysis, design and develop solutions. + Design and develop Application and Reporting solutions according to business/technology requirements. + Develop and enhance interfaces for data validation, transformation, processing, or generation, between applications. + Support business users and production team in data management by analyzing data and providing solutions. + Has very good troubleshooting and debugging skills, easily understand the logs and configurations and provide solution of the issues on all infra and configuration related activities. + Open to feedback and constructive thought process. Recommend and execute improvements. + Easily mingle with team and has positive attitude towards work. Need to be involved in capacity planning and infra procurement with tech leads and infrastructure management teams. + Create technical documentation for reference and reporting. ​ **Qualifications** + 5-8 years of experience in BI Technologies, CI and CD tools, Configuration and Release + 5-8 years of experience with Tableau Management, deployments and troubleshooting environments. + 5-8 years of experience with Linux systems and hands on shell scripting. + 3+ years of hands-on exposure in developing End-to- End solutions with Tableau for complex enterprise architecture along with strong analytical skills. + Strong hands-on experience in Software Development lifecycle model and agile methodology + Expert level ability to analyze data to identify deliverables, gaps and inconsistencies. + Responsible for requirements analysis, design, code, test and implementation as an Individual Contributor with the ability to understand business requirements, prototyping, designing and developing data models as per requirements. + Ability to write complex SQL and Stored Procedures. + Strong understanding of based implementation, Development and Enhancements. + Should be good in Agile Scrum methodology. + Must be a team player. + Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills. + Excellent documentation and presentation skills. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering /University degree or equivalent experience ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family Group:** Technology ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family:** Applications Development ------------------------------------------------------ **Time Type:** Full time ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location:** Tampa Florida United States ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:** $96,960.00 - $145,440.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
