**About the Role:**
+ As a Global Business Intelligence Lead, you will be a key member of the account team, responsible for the strategy and the delivery of data, business intelligence solutions across all service lines for CBRE Client – a large multinational corporation.
+ Your responsibility with be split between technical (dashboard, data model development) and non-technical activities (requirements gathering, prioritization, stakeholder interaction, etc).
+ This position gives you opportunity to leverage your experience in BI participating in operations of the large account, implement best in class solutions, process excellence and innovations for the leader in real estate services cooperating with the group of experts and talents around the globe.
+ You propose initiatives for improvements and enhancements in business intelligence and advanced analytics.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ You understand Client and the account strategy, collect requirements in terms of data and analytics requests in all service lines and translate it into:
+ Data strategy: definition, planning and execution,
+ Roadmap and resource planning (time and cost): 12 to 18 months,
+ Measurables outcomes – Objectives and Key Results.
+ You will be responsible for the execution of defined roadmap making sure various streams and projects are delivered and create value, managing stakeholders’ needs taking into consideration capacity and funding limitations.
+ You will need to support delivery of dashboards and partner with the dashboard development team to deliver dashboards, data integrations and models as needed.
+ You become trusted advisor and SPOC for the account and the Client in terms of data and analytics including day to day support where required.
+ You will work with account stakeholders to support the successful execution of the data management governance model, including data ownership and data quality standards. You will monitor data quality, making sure it supports analytics and reporting objectives.
+ You will plan and deliver KPI reporting.
+ You make sure not only BAU service (regular, ad-hoc reporting) is delivered, but the additional value through BI is created.
+ You work in a matrix organization between, Client, account, and various digital and technology teams.
+ You become team player and share the knowledge within the team.
+ You will bring best practices to the account based on what is in place on other accounts.
+ You will proactively suggest improvements and enhancements.
**What You'll Need:**
+ At least 5 years of professional experience in using Business Intelligence, data visualization tools, such as Tableau or PowerBI and good SQL knowledge.
+ At least 5 years of experience in management role, being responsible for delivered business intelligence solutions as well as stakeholders management and relationship building
+ Project Management experience in Business Intelligence projects.
+ Experience in working with data warehouses, data marts as data sources.
+ Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems and processes quickly.
+ Ability to communicate with stakeholders to gain requirements, gather information and manage expectations.
+ Ability to present information to a variety of different audiences (both internal and external) and train users outside of “technology world” - to explain complex matters in a simple way.
+ Highly self-motivated and showing initiative, flexible, collaborative, and responsible for managed projects.
+ A creative thinker and a problem-solver.
