Visit us at https://www.softwareone.com/en The role The sales lead will be responsible for building positive relationships with both customers and OEMs. They will be instrumental in developing and leading a sales team to drive growth and achieve our sales targets. A key part of their role will be to empower and lead the team, ensuring they meet their monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets. Responsibility: Building positive relationships with Customer and OEMs. Developing a sales team to drive growth and achieve targets. Motivating and managing the sales team in achieving monthly/Quarterly/yearly sales targets. Must be skilled in develop and maintain a sales pipeline. Building relationships with Customers and OEM and work collaboratively with sales teams and LOB. Prepare sales reports and forecasts. Handling customer complaints and queries. Understand market dynamics, trends and competition; Works with assigned accounts to provide software solutions, develop new business. Hold regular meetings with account managers to review pipeline, resolve challenges, and present possible solutions, and provide ongoing training to ensure team consistently performs above standard. What we need to see from you Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Professional sales experience in high-tech or service-related industry with preferred successful software and solution sales experience. Software licensing experience is an advantage. Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with C-level executives Highly motivated and results oriented. Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, time management skills Solid problem solving and consultative skills required. Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
