About the Role The Sr. Manager, Business Lead is crucial to Superette’s success. Reporting to the Managing Director of Superette, this role is at the center of everything we do, serving as the primary liaison between Integrated Marketing and Superette/Brand & Creative teams. Business leads are the voice of the audience and the business within Superette. Business Leads are expert collaborators, possessing a strong head for business and a dedication to creativity as a solution to business problems. They need to flex seamlessly as a creative, strategist, brand marketer, producer and detail-obsessed business leader. They have a passion for maintaining and growing strong partnerships with Integrated Marketers, Channel Owners, Brand Strategists and Creatives, and understand what is necessary to bring the best ideas to life. They translate Business and Audience Plans into human-first, audience-first visions for creative teams to build from. They partner closely with Creative Leadership to direct teams accordingly, giving them runway to create remarkable creative work that delivers on the business goals. What You’ll Do + Operate as a leader, brand steward, and as a strategic thought partner to integrated marketing, cross-functional teams and creative leads. + Run the line-of-business or audience as your own: manage non-working production budgets inclusive of agency fees and production, partner with Operations to cast the right teams for each brief, ensure our quality bar is consistently met and raised, and always map business impact to creative solutions. + Partner with Integrated Marketing and Brand Strategy on all Marketing briefs (internal and external) to ensure audience problem and business need are clear, concise and actionable + Move swiftly and lead confidently across multiple projects with concurrent timelines, and stakeholders, while driving business and brand goals. + Drive full-funnel integrated campaigns across all surfaces and channels, including TV/OLV, social, audio, digital, print/OOH, activations and experiences. Lead cross-functional internal teams, creating an environment conducive to producing work that earns our audiences attention. + Own and drive all creative relationships and processes. This includes internal creative teams and external partner agencies. Feed into the strategic utilization of agencies and work with the Managing Director to bring on new agencies as needed. + Partner with Audience Insights teams, leveraging a deep understanding of research methodologies, brand health tracking, and translating insights into actions. + Utilize a keen sense for business, and an ability to prioritize the most business critical tasks, to to map creativity to business impact. + Bring a flexible mindset to find ways to best work within DoorDash teams, a consistent curiosity to every conversation, and always strive for 1% better. + Proactively report out on the business to the broader Superette team, bringing clarity and storytelling to business data. + This role will likely involve travel within the US. Qualifications + 12+ years of Brand Marketing or Creative Program Management within a fast-paced and high-pressured environment. + Have a proven track record of a balanced creative and analytical approach to developing strong strategies that lead to successful integrated narratives throughout the funnel. + Proven experience working managing multiple stakeholders in a complex environment; strong executive presence with effective communications skills. + Experience across channel and creative expression: design, broadcast, experiential, digital, social, product and ideas that drive earned media. + Thriving when it comes to operating at the lowest level of detail. + Experience across highly ambitious, agile teams. + A driver of change, with a passion for the way the marketing, brand & communications industry is evolving. + Has led a large volume of complex productions from concepting to in-market. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
