Business Leader Food & Beverage

Responsibilities :              

Achieve revenue & EBITDA growth plans for the F&B business in IndonesiaDrive profitability improvement initiatives and deliver profitability (GP% and Commercial DOP%) targetsEnsure an outstanding customer experience, measured through customer retention metrics, NPS (Net Promoter Score) and CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) SurveysDrive sales and customer management processes and ensure delivery of business objectives (revenue and EBITDA growth, growth at strategic accounts, innovation sales, working capitalDeliver revenue and EBITDA targets as per the annual operating plan for  Indonesia F&B businessDeliver the profitability targets for the business by focusing on price increases and initiatives to reduce cost to serveDrive strategic initiatives for future growth focusing on new customers, new segments, new products and new marketsDevelop and sustain senior management relationships at strategic accountsBuild an engaged and motivated teamFocus on developing key capabilities (sales, new business development, key account management, technical) Identify, track and handle competitive movesCollaborate with all the enabling functions to ensure required support.Provide support to the F&B SE Asia Leader in meeting business objectives for the overall SE Asia clusterMaintain integrity in all activities of self and the team and to drive an ethical work culture across the team and company.

Requirements : 

Should have a technical background : this position needs to have a good understanding of technical issues to be able to understand problems and opportunities. Minimum 8-10 years of commercial experience in Industrial/ B2B environmentAt least 5 years in a team leader positionExperience in Cleaning & Sanitation/ Water Treatment industry is desirable but not essentialStrategic account managementP&L managementMust be passionate about creating an engaged and motivated teamWilling to travel
