We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

l Identify skill based learning interventions though consultation and communication with the frontline staff

l Design and deliver the deployment of learning activities at all different levels

l Act as the key controller of frontline training calendarand ensure relationships with internal and external counterparties to make sure the training efficiency and effectiveness

l Support the communication, education and execution of all levels of learning and development activities.

l Assist in the preparation of relevant data and analytics for management analysis purposes
