Responsibilities will be:
Promptly and effectively responding to inquiries received from State Licensing boards and Government agencies.Complete gaming applications both online and by submitting paper documents to the appropriate gaming authority.Ensure that all deadlines or timelines are met, and any requested documents or evidence are submitted in a timely manner.Independently review gaming licensing fees and process payments.Review and analysis of applications shall include determining when internal stakeholders are needed to ensure submissions are comprehensive and aligned with the KONE’s policies and practices.Identifying areas of improvement to existing business licenses process and implementing same.The desired candidate will have:
3+ years of experience working in Corporate Law with concentration on implementing process for reviewing license applications, contractual requirements, corporate filings corporate structure, and prequalification packages. Elevator Industry experience and experience working with lean business processes preferred.Bachelor’s degree preferred, paralegal certification or equivalent work experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365 and Internet navigation. Legal skills necessary to review, analyze and execute required documentation with sensitive information.Effectively communicate with internal and external customers including vendors and government agencies. Excellent organizational and time management skills necessary to change priorities based upon customer needs. Manage workload in sufficient manner to meet all assigned due dates. Proficient in reading and interpreting contracts, reports and legal documents regarding insurance issues. Demonstrate the highest level of personal and professional ethical conduct and confidentiality.*Applicant must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
