Siemens Healthineers India is looking for a Business Controller for its Business Area (BA)/ Business Lines (BL) for Zone India (covers India, Bangladesh & Adjacent countries of Sri Lanka, Nepal, Maldives & Bhutan)

Position Summary: Design and accompany the management process of goal-finding, planning and controlling and thus co-responsible for reaching the business objectives along with Business Area (BA)/Business Line (BL) Manager

Position Location : Bangalore

Key Deliverables:

Responsible for budgeting business financials, reporting, analysis and business controllingResponsible along with BA/BL Manager to reach the yearly targetsMonthly Rolling Forecast finalizationMonthly and quarterly reporting as per HQ and Country requirementsOwnership for Profit & Loss and Balance sheetMonitoring cost and revenue, execution of deals, reconciliation across reporting platformsEnsure adequate controllership oversight on all aspects of the businessDeep knowledge and analysis of business transactionsInteract with stakeholders for alignment, reconciliation and planningFinancial reporting and analysis to various stakeholders to support decision makingSupport common topics relating to performance-controllingLead and execute impactful projectsAwareness and leverage of digital platforms for data analysis and management informationSupport automation and development of Management information systemsResponsible/partnering for cost/process improvement projects specific to BA/BLSelling & General Administration expenses (SGA) ControllingHeadcount Reporting and AnalysisReconciliation of numbers across reporting platforms

Experience & Qualification:

CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) and 7-10 years of experience post qualification

Key skills : Excellent analytical skills, stakeholder management, communication & networking skills. Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint. Working knowledge in SAP preferred
