The Business Line Manager CTS is tasked with accelerating the growth of the CTS business in line with divisional and company targets, focusing on operational excellence. Key responsibilities include enhancing employee motivation and customer satisfaction, and ensuring recognition as a top supplier in servicing related equipment. This role oversees the entire CT Service Division within Atlas Copco (Philippines), Inc., reports to the General Manager, and is a key member of the Management Team.

Job Description

Lead, manage and further develop the CTS organization in Philippines, a professional team of about 100 employees exclusively dedicated to service with the already established three pillars: sales organization, operations, and technical support.Achieve results as per objectives agreed with the General Manager and the CTS Division.P & L for the complete CTS Atlas Copco Philippines, establishing and maintaining a sound pricing policy of service products and parts, direct and through distributors according to plan and Division guidelines, focusing on operations and sales efficiency to stay competitive.Implementation of division's strategy, attaining specific strategic targets: use of product ratio, contract development, and new product introduction, giving all products their best chance in the market.Focus on climbing the service ladder and increase the number of service contracts overall. Implementation of clear strategies to improve the market penetration of all the portfolio of solutions.Strive continuously for a 100% customer share principle with appropriate sets of actions and customer visits.Secure continuous performance improvements at all processes within CTS.Enhance customer satisfaction, recognizing and understanding customer needs in the local market.Deep analysis of the results and propose sets of actions to grow or adjustments to the management.Develop and support a spirit of open communication and fairness in all areas of operations with continuous interaction of all areas of the company utilizing a Customer Centric approach. Ensure solid relationships with key-customers, distributors and other indirect sales channels.Develop strong support to “People Care”, i.e. training and competence development of personnel, including yearly appraisals and follow-up. Specifically identify, support and follow-up talented persons with a good potential to grow within the Atlas Copco.Develop and support a spirit of open communication, fairness and respect for the individual in all areas of operation. Develop and implement the Service Operation and Technical service metrics in accordance with the guidelines and strategies defined by the CTS division and further grow the After Market business up to the next level.Have a close and tight control of all Sales and Marketing Functional costs to insure profitable growth and FC efficiency.Increase our level of technical competence by encouraging the training matrix and promoting our reputation as a service provider in the country.Provide a high level of satisfaction and service quality to the existing service customers with a focus on high retention and low attrition driving positive NPS growth.Support the group vision “First in Mind and First in Choice” by continuously promoting a customer care and customer value driven culture.Have a close and tight control of all Operational Costs, with focus on operational efficiency, utilization, cost recovery and other related divisional KPIs.

Inorder to succeed, you will need; 

Experience Requirement

Result-oriented and experienced professional with proven track record in sales and operations of industrial equipment or service solutions both in direct and distributor channels, leadership experience.Excellent analytical capabilities and strong communication and collaboration skillsCustomer Management, key accounts management experience and networking capacity is a must.Previous successful experience in managing an aftermarket organization is preferred.Strong customer focus and understanding of the processes to support high quality service.Good understanding of the service business, its challenges, goals and trends.You have a proven ability to problem solve and think critically, all with an innovative approach.You have strong interpersonal skills that can lead you through conflict management, negotiations, and business presentation. 

Educational Requirement

University degree – technically and/or commercially oriented – or similar through experience

Personality Requirement

Proactive, dynamic performer with strong entrepreneurial and leadership skills always striving at new challenges and ideas.Ambitious personality with excellent commercial, diplomatic and negotiating skill. Able to manage people and create trustworthy and fair relations. This position will also include very frequent traveling to customers within the region.
