WBL is a U.S. based company with a 100% remote workforce.

This is a remote Contract/Consultant position. Generally, working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements. Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Management Team Lead to support our Loan Operations departments. This role will be responsible for optimizing processes, managing key initiatives, and ensuring operational efficiency within our lending business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, loan operations, and business management, with the ability to collaborate across teams to drive measurable improvements.

Essential Functions:

AWork closely with Loan Operations departments to streamline workflow and improve operational efficiency. Draft and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across the company. Partner with HR to assess staffing needs, optimize reporting structures, and recommend workforce strategies based on workflow demands. Develop and execute policies, procedures, and training materials to enhance operational effectiveness. Collaborate with department heads to establish key project requirements, oversee progress, and manage milestones and KPIs for operational success. Act as a central resource for employees across departments, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on operational matters. Implement and track SLAs and KPIs to measure and enhance departmental performance. Prepare reports, financial documents, and presentations, and handle invoice submissions and other financial matters. Identify obstacles, proactively mitigate risks, and escalate/resolving issues to ensure project deadlines are met. Perform administrative tasks and support various operational initiatives as needed.
