As a Business Management Associate within the US Equity team, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders and internal business managers to implement strategic projects and address daily business challenges. You will liaise with different business groups to comprehend and outline business requirements, scrutinize data and processes, and offer tactical support. Your responsibilities will also include fostering relationships with external vendors and backing key initiatives across audit, risk, legal, compliance, and operations. This role necessitates a proactive approach towards risk identification and the creation of innovative solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Partner with business groups across functions to execute key priorities and define business needs.
+ Analyze data, processes, and team organization to identify weaknesses, gaps, risks, and opportunities.
+ Document requirements for improvement and provide tactical team support.
+ Facilitate and maintain relationships between the business and external vendors.
+ Support client onboarding, procedure updates, presentations, and development of visualization dashboards.
+ Provide reporting for senior management and support audit, risk, legal, compliance, and control management.
+ Assist technology and operations teams to implement key initiatives and address day-to-day issues.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
+ Minimum of 2 years' experience in Asset Management businesses or Product areas.
+ Proficient to advanced experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Business Intelligence/Visualization tools.
+ Strong analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
+ Proven track record of delivering projects, complex products, and/or new business initiatives.
+ Demonstrate ability to multi-task and re-prioritize quickly.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
+ Experience in project management within a financial services environment.
+ Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or QlikSense.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Experience in client relationship management.
+ Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial industry.
